Privacy Policy

Reraw (“Reraw”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Canvas Labs LLC and available at reraw.ai. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address through Google sign-in or email authentication.
  • Content you create. Images and videos you upload, and the results we generate for you, are stored in your account library so you can return to your work.
  • Payment information. Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Usage data. We collect analytics such as pages visited, features used, and device type to understand and improve the product.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our image and video creation tools
  • To process purchases and maintain your credit balance
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To keep the service safe and prevent abuse

3. Your content

We treat the material you upload and create with care:

  • No human review. Your uploads and generated results are not viewed by any person. Processing is fully automated. The only exceptions are when required by law (for example, a valid legal order) or to investigate a specific safety report involving your account.
  • No AI training. Your uploads and results are never used to train or fine-tune AI models. Our agreements with the providers who power generation contractually prohibit them from using your content for training.
  • No marketing use. Your content is never used for promotion, demos, or showcases without your explicit permission.
  • Automated safety scanning. Uploaded images pass through automated checks that screen for prohibited or illegal content. These checks are automated and do not involve human review.

Facial data. We do not create or retain biometric identifiers or face templates from your uploads. Facial features are processed only transiently to produce the result you requested and are not extracted or stored for identification.

4. Data retention

  • Your creations and account information are retained while your account is active, so your library stays available to you.
  • When you delete your account, your creations, uploads, and account data are permanently removed within 7 days.
  • Records kept under legal obligation. Limited records are retained after deletion only for the period the law requires and only for the stated purpose:
    • Payment and transaction records— kept for the period required by financial, tax, and consumer-protection law, for accounting, audit, and chargeback-defense purposes. Not used for marketing or analytics.
    • Fraud-prevention signals— abuse-related identifiers needed to protect the service and other users, retained under our legitimate interest for as long as that purpose applies.
    • Deletion-request log— the timestamp of your deletion request itself, kept to demonstrate compliance with your right to erasure. This is a record of the request, not your content.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management, and we may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties in these categories to operate Reraw:

  • Authentication & database — secure sign-in and data hosting
  • Payment processing — we never store your full card details
  • AI generation — your inputs are sent to generation providers solely to produce your requested result; they do not retain your content for their own use
  • Cloud hosting & storage — storage of your library content
  • Analytics — usage data to improve the product
  • Security — bot protection and abuse prevention

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and applicable law. A list of sub-processors is available on request at privacy@reraw.ai.

7. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, where our servers and providers are located. By using Reraw you consent to this transfer. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

8. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

EEA / UK residents (GDPR): you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

California residents (CCPA): you may request to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

All users: you can delete your account and all associated content at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Everything is permanently removed within 7 days, except the limited records described in Section 4.

10. Children's privacy

Reraw is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
