Content Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Reraw is a mainstream, general-audience creative tool. This policy explains what may and may not be created here. It is part of our Terms of Service. We enforce it through automated safeguards and by acting on reports.
1. Prohibited content
To keep Reraw safe and lawful for everyone, the following is not allowed:
- Anything involving minors in a sexual or suggestive way. Reraw is for adults and adult subjects only.
- Intimate imagery of a real person without consent. Sexual or intimate depictions of a real, identifiable person made without their permission — including face-swaps and deepfakes.
- Deceptive impersonation. Content meant to pass as a real person in order to deceive, defraud, or harm.
- Illegal or harmful content. Anything unlawful, or content that promotes violence, self-harm, or harassment.
- Infringing content.Anything that violates someone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
2. Real people
You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission to use their likeness. Do not use Reraw to create content about a real person that they have not consented to, particularly intimate, sexual, or defamatory depictions.
3. How we enforce this
- Uploaded images pass through automated safety checks before any generation runs.
- Generation requests are screened against this policy; requests that violate it are refused and recorded.
- We may remove content, refuse service, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.
4. Reporting content
If you believe content created or hosted on Reraw violates this policy or depicts you without consent, contact abuse@reraw.ai.
Reports involving intimate images shared without consent, or any content involving a minor, are treated as urgent. We act on them as quickly as possible.
5. Copyright & DMCA
Reraw respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner or their authorized agent, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@reraw.ai including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it;
- your name, address, and contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We respond to valid notices, remove or disable access to the material in question, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-notice. If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@reraw.ai with your contact information, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error. We follow the DMCA counter-notice process and may restore the material as permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. The current version always lives on this page.
